Oct results = 51% Nov. goal more than that!

We had to postpone class as my friend had a family emergency that is keeping her back east for awhile - so I will have to wait until new year to try some fancy vegan cooking.

I'm trying to log today and by how hungry I am in my range, I am NOT surprised by the tight pants.

Oh well, today's a new day. Off to the YMCA!

Thanks Alicia! My Mom is visiting from Seattle for Thanksgiving, so I was motivated to finally do all of that killer cleaning. Amazing what moving furniture and hauling vacuums up and down stairs does for cardio. What a sweat! Scrubbing non-stop for days. Water aerobics was my rest day this week ;)

Oct. results = 51% easy Nov. goal more than that.
