Alicia, I was doing similar to you!
emoticon Santa Monica to Manhattan Beach and back 26.5 miles. Usually, I would have gone to Redondo, but got tired at Manhattan. We had breakfast at the Terrace in Venice.

Yesterday 60 minutes hike in the back parts of Descanso Garden with DH.

We couldn't get on a plane to Montreal, so we ended up in Idaho for a few days. We had quite the adventure! Visited the "wine country" outside of Boise, found the Basque community, ventured through muddy mountain roads for a soak in hot springs, survived a snow storm in an economy rental car, hiked The Craters of the Moon, and stopped at the Shoshone Falls. Still managed to get in some exercise...

1 bike ride of 12.34 miles, 11.25 Ave MPH, 71 cadence, 65 minutes. Hoorah for me!

1 day back to logging. Almost in range - but the bike ride also covered my calorie overage by quite a bit, so happy with my 1 day in a row "back in the saddle".

Congrats G on getting in another run!

Before the Pneumonia I was running a 10K in under an hour. After this hit me, I am barely keeping up a 5K without wanting to quit.

Ran 3.1 miles yesterday. Next run or two I am going to shoot for more.

Good to hear that everyone's doing well!

I'm still on my running streak-- 23/23. Will have to add up the miles. I haven't been very good with the food weighing, but it's better than before.

And while it wasn't one of my stated monthly goals, I've been doing strength training pretty consistently all month. It does seem to be making a difference; I've only lost one pound, but my pants definitely fit better, the tummy pooch is shrinking, and my arms look acceptable in sleeveless tops (important since it's in the 90's here already!)

My one goal is to ride 1x in May. - emoticon
I rode up and down my street yesterday - a whole 5 minutes! But a goal met is a goal met emoticon

Wanted to see where I stand bike-wise.

1) Have balance yeah!!!!
2) Left shoulder still too sore to support me in riding position - boo! Off to PT this AM.
3) Conquered fear of getting back on bike - yeah!!!

New goal track rest of month, 15x and eat in high weight loss range again 7X.

I'm in - but won't be tracking for a bit.
My one goal is to ride 1x in May.

Riding Tahoe is for sure out for me at this point. Concussion and shoulder injury will not be over in time to train. I'm hoping to maybe get to go to support DH who will still do it this year, but I may need to catch up on work as I am off on disability for a few more weeks. I'm really disappointed that we will not cross this milestone together.

For now, I am busy replacing all of my lost bike apparel, and trying to eat enough. Weird concept, no?

Mouth is finally where I can eat non-blender food, so I'm enjoying that. Will pretty soon have to track again, so as not to eat too much without exercise.

Great job on last month's goals Alicia! When I can ride again, I will surely try to get one in with you.

G, you are amazing in your progress!

I'm in! I need to get back to weighing *everything*-- no more eating cereal out of the box. And goal two is a running streak-- I managed 24/30 days for April, but I want to be 31/31 for May.
