Ran a 10k under an hour. Top of that I made my goal weight for the month with one pound to spare. Looking forward to next month where I make the ultimate goal weight.

You go Alicia and G!!! Hotel gyms can be hit or miss, but it is always interesting to see how your workouts can be done under different circumstances.

G it sounds like you are with me in the insomniacs who might as well work out club!

For me, I won' hit 200+ miles this month because of my accident, but came close. So I count it as all good.

Lake Tahoe Century for me now would take a miracle, but I'm not giving up. If not this year, then next year.

Hotel Gyms are a hit or miss, but you can do yoga as long as your hotel has the room.

Couldn't sleep so took advantage of the lack of sleep and ran 5.5 miles this morning before it started to rain.

Nice thing about 3am runs is I have the street mostly all to myself.

Friday ran the final run for my 8 weeks to 10K (make it 12 weeks due to injuries and life happening).
Saturday rode my bike while my daughter ran. Then played 4 rounds of Disc Golf.

Lost a pound but well on the way to my goal there.
