Well, I logged everyday & did almost all of my cross-training and runs. Still looking pretty weak on the pooch front, and the rain is only a excuse really. Guess I'll have to do even better in Feb!

1/24 30 minute Tempo run on the Track while starting my daughter on the 5K program

Hey Miss Twist, once the weather is more consistent we'll have to coordinate and get you down for a weekend at the Hotel 'Cat for some more biking and hiking. -- and maybe then * I'll * get to see Alicia finally too! (Also, one of my goal rewards will be to fly up to see you again -- once I can *comfortably* fit in Southwest seats again - geez it sucks to carry most of your weight where it smashes against those gosh darn armrests whilst wedged).

bento packing: i decided i'd only require myself to pack my bento during the week (mostly because that's where i get the time savings), but now i'm thinking i should pack it for friday, too, since i work at home, and can use the discipline. i didn't pack it last night, but i did this morning so: (5/20)

i keep meaning to join in this month!

my january goals are:

pre-pack my lunch - i got a new bento box for christmas, so it's helping with portion control. it helps with my morning routine to have everything all together and logged the night before. no thought! (4/16)

floss - because i seem to do better when it's a written out goal (6/31)

exercise - i'm trying to follow the body-for-life program. my current 12-week session will bring me into february. it includes a rest day each week, and a mix of cardio and weights for the other days. (5/25)
