Wow I was logging on to say I completed the 5K program and already got a congrats. Can't beat that. Have to say this was a great program and after say a month of this, can't wait to dab into the 10 K program.

Unfortunately I didn't make it to the garage. Had a phone line/DSL crisis and wound up cleaning the office and bedroom instead.

Tabling the garage until Tuesday night, I'm afraid.

Can't think of anything original, so I guess I'll stick with the usual:
* Exercise min. 4x/week
* Exercise 19 hours
* Touch 135 at least once during the month

10.01: 30 minutes ET, 30 minutes bike

10.03: 90 minutes bike
10.04: 30 minutes
MTD: 3/19 hours

Just booked a cruise for my husband's 45th birthday next month!!! I've got to be good for the next 6 weeks!

I'm 50% through the 5K program right now. I'm looking to complete it by the end of this month.

Secondary goals:

Run 3 times a week. Strength train 2-3 times during rest days.
