So - statistically speaking, I:

I did not eat fast or fried food 77% of the time
I walked my dogs 50% of the time (poor babies!)
I ate 5 or more servings of f&f a day 83% of the time
I avoided work candy 90% of the time
I avoided soda 77% of the time!

I noticed that when I eat out, it's for lunch with a coworker, at which point I usually decide to eat what I can't get at home (because what's the point of paying $10 for a salad I can make at hom), which usually entails fries, and fries mean a soda, and a soda mean a piece of chocolate.

Hmm... can anyone say "corrolation"? :-)

Hi Twist, it looks like you are doing great for accountability.
I just joined tonight, I don't know anything about CK except that I use that food and exercise journal rather than the computer, and the bigger calorie and fat counter.

I don't see a specific challenge, does each member make their own?
I walked our 1/2 mile driveway tonight with my 3 doggies, it has been so cold in the evening here I'm wondering if summer will ever come to SW Washington??

She's back!

Well, I think several people were on road trips and/or vacations and some just got busy! Hopefully it'll pick up again soon.

It's been a little echo-y in here :-D

Hey, Twist! Where is everybody? Looks like you are doing well with your "streaks". Good job!

I think I made my usual goal of 19 hours of exercise just in the week we hiked Kilimanjaro. Summit day alone was about 12 hours!

Of course, the rest of our trip was much less physically demanding, so I'll need to hit the gym again in July!

6/22... so far so good, for the most part. Only a day here or there where things go south. I've noticed that when I eat out, the soda and veggie count get skewed!

6/10... Kept almost all my streaks going until Tuesday (6/9) where I blew almost everything out of the water. But still better than last month!

6/4... not so hot today. Lunch out threw everything off just enough to break my streaks.

Hmmm... it's looking lonely in here!

My daily accountability will be the mini streaks I'm running under my "other goals". I'm pretty proud that I've managed a 9 day streak on almost all of them.

Namely:

no fried/fast food
walking the dogs
5+ f&v
no candy from co-workers
no soda
