1) I would also like to lose 15 pounds by New Year's.

2) 45 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week

3) Huddle every day

1.) I am going to try to lose 1 lb per week so 15 lbs down by New Year's. I also just found out that my vitamin D is low (probably why I never feel like doing anything but sleeping). I need to get my vitamin D up so that I will be more energetic.

2). Use my elliptical 3 times per week and do the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred twice per week. Take multivitamin & Calcium/Vitamin D daily; go outdoors at least 10 minutes per day to soak up some sunlight; drink 1 cup of milk per day.

3.) Post a Blog at least once per week.

1.) I am jumping on the bandwagon with you and shooting for loosing 15 lbs by New Years :D

2). continue with at least 30 mins of cardio 6 x's a week and strength training 2 x's a week and stick with my eating plan

3.) How exactly do we huddle??? I always go to the "huddle now" but never get spark points for it so I must be doing something wrong :/

1.) make a post here telling me what it is you need to do before 1/1/2013 .. what is your goal and how you plan to reach it ?
