Played Wii - not usually part of my "workout" but might be, worked with our animals, and worked in the garden

I also had strawberries but with granola and some melon. I had some beans and green beans

yesterday I got squats in while cooking dinner, while folding laundry I sat on the exercise ball and bounced lol not sure if that counts but it was funny, cleaned the mirrors ... wipe on wipe off lol ...

I had strawberries with cereal, grapes and cheese for snack and chili beans for dinner

Working on husband's truck with him. Planting new flowers, walking the long way around wal-mart :)

I've started adding fruit to my cereal and other dishes
More veggies on my sandwich and broccoli as a side

Yes if you can post everyday ... try to find new ways everyday if now just keep adding the ones you are already found. and yes cleaning out the spare room counts ... lord that can be hard work. Thank you MSCARCHICK for participating... I am just trying to find ways to keep everyone involved and motivated if you have any ideas feel free to let them out lol ...

I'm not sure I understand exactly. Are we supposed to post each day?
If so,

-I walked down to our field to pick blackberries which also involved a lot of bending, picking up etc
-I shoveled dirt for my new flowerbed
-Does cleaning out my sparebedroom count?

Veggies: Leafy Greens
Fruit: Raspberries in my sugar free raspberry jello

6/8 Cleaning, swimming, parking as far away from the stores I went

Great idea!
- Walk my LARGE dog. She makes me move in ways I don't usually when just walking
- Feeding the animals (involves lifting bags of food, etc)
- I live on a long gravel driveaway and no longer get the mail when I come home, but make myself get up and walk down the driveway (LONG STEEP INCLINE) to get it.

My favorite veggies: Cherry Tomatoes and Green Onions to go on my salads
Favorite right now is blackberries.

As southerners we have all sorts of ways to get in extra exercise. Structured exercise is awesome however the more time we stay off our rumps the better we will do. So from now to the end of the month List 3 things daily that is extra exercise past your normal structured exercise. for each day you list you will receive 100 points.



as a bonus list at least 1 fruit and 2 veggies you eat ... for every day you do this you will receive 50 points.

Come we can do this I believe in us!!!
