5/17 - 30 minutes treadmill, 45 minutes walk to river and back= 75 minutes
5/18 - 40 minutes treadmill am, 25 min treamill pm = 65 minutes
5/19 - 16 Minutes Treadmill
5/20 - 30 Minutes Just Dance 3
5/21 - 50 Minutes Treadmill, 30 min Zumba = 80 minutes
5/22 - 30 min treadmill
5/23 - 63 min Treadmill

I have a question RB ... If it is listed under Cardio on the fitness tracker as a cardio exercise, are you counting it as cardio or are we just looking for structured exercises?

Since Cardio is SO important to heart health and losing weight let's do it!!

Do 120 minutes of Cardio this week. You can do 30 mins, 4 different days, or It can be broken down in any increments that work for you. Do not count strength training, Pilates, Yoga, gardening or anything that is not cardio exercise.
