Thank you for my award! :D I am so glad I found sparkpeople, it keeps me motivated and makes me stay honest with my health and fitness. Now off to do my workout for the day, I have been procrastinating :P

Thank you RB and the team for the spark spa ... I did a lot of yard work that is what drove my numbers up so high . Cutting the grass with a push mower when you have an acre of land really burns up the calories. Normally I shoot for 80 minutes of exercise a day. This was fun I am waiting on the next challenge .... MEDICGREENCAT THAT WAS AN AWESOME TOTAL ... Thanks everyone for motivating with this challenge

600 fitness mins in a week! That is just emoticon . I see I'm working with advanced exercisers. You put me to shame. Hey. But that's ok. It will make me work harder.

Sorry I haven't been online. My computer crashed. It was in the shop until yesterday.

I didn't finish my week challenge. My son come in from WY for a few days. I was busy visiting with them.

I will be posting a new challenge in a few days.
