WEEK 1: February 2- February 8

Movin' Monday: Cardio of your choice (10/15/30/45 minutes depending on your fitness level) and compliment somebody today!

Terrific Tuesday: Sodium (keep it between 0-2300) and compliment somebody today!

Wicked Wednesday: Crunches -- any style (10/25/50/100) and compliment somebody today!

Thankful Thursday: Eat all your fruit and veggie servings (5 servings for the day make sure you get both) and compliment somebody today!

Finally Friday: Marching or Jogging in place (10/15/30/45 minutes) and compliment somebody today!

Suddenly Saturday: Calcium (try to hit the range 100-150) and compliment somebody today!

Restful Sunday: 4 things today! (1) Do something special just for yourself. (ME time) (2) Tell someone else about SparkPeople (3) Remind yourself of all the POSITIVE things you have accomplished this week (this would be a great thing to post in your blog) and (4) Compliment somebody today!

Finally Friday: Wall pushups and compliment somebody today!

Suddenly Saturday: Try a new fruit or veggie and compliment somebody today!

Restful Sunday: 4 things today! (1) Do something special just for yourself. (ME time) (2) Tell someone else about SparkPeople (3) Remind yourself of all the POSITIVE things you have accomplished this week (this would be a great thing to post in your blog) (4) Compliment somebody today!

Thankful Thursday: Collect a motivational picture or quote and compliment somebody today!

Finally Friday: Use some sort of exercise equipment (dumbbells, bike, towel, resistance bands, etc.) and compliment somebody today!

Suddenly Saturday: Have a good breakfast (preferably high fiber) and compliment somebody today!

Restful Sunday: 4 things today! (1) Do something special just for yourself. (ME time) (2) Tell someone else about SparkPeople (3) Remind yourself of all the POSITIVE things you have accomplished this week (this would be a great thing to post in your blog) and (4) Compliment somebody today!
