Would love to join, but I'm involved in a pretty extensive challenge on another team and it takes up a lot of time doing all the stuff like reading articles and doing exercises. Then you have to calculate points, and then post. So I cannot take on another challenge. But I'm glad you have started one up. It is a good one! Good luck to all of you going for it!!

I'm game. Water & exercise & veggies no problem.I sometimes fall short on fat & protien. I think my tracker is already set for public. If not let me know.

How about a challenge? This is a challenge for all of us who have veered off track. It will enable us to get back on the right path. The requirements are to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, consume at least 3 fruits and veggies per day, exercise for 30 min. at least 3 days each week, and stay within your calorie, carb, etc. range for the 2 week period that we're doing the challenge. That gives us 4 small things to work on or continue with if you're already doing that. The challenge will run from Sept. 15-30. Please post here if you are interested in joining. LET'S GET FIT, MISSISSIPPI!!!

P.S. You need to make your nutrition trackers public for this challenge. If you don't know how, sparkmail me and I'll try to walk you through it.
