I found someone to be with at the apartment exercise gym. Yesterday I walked on the treadmill and also did some stretching exercise for my left knee on another machine which was kind of a sitting down bicycle.

40 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes of stretching, and a bicep and tricep workout using barbells. I still have to take the dog for his walk. It's a good day.

I took the pup for a 45 minute walk. I'll do my 10 minutes of stretching given to me by my chiropractor. Who know what else I'll do.

I walk every day...haven't missed a day but once in a couple of months and even then I walked a ton, (Honor Flight) but just didn't track it as I was too busy. I walk using my Wii Fit and a program called Walk it Out, which I really enjoy.

90 minutes of "farm work." Stripping and rebedding stalls, feeding horses, chipping ice out of tanks and refilling them. Fun work! Then, a 15 minute walk with the dogs.

Today I went on a 57 minute, 3.1 mile walk with Patrick (15), my second oldest. He pushed me to go further today than yesterday. That made us go down a huge hill before turning back home. Buns & thighs! I felt great conquering that huge hill going up on the way back!

Monday (yesterday) I gave a visiting nurse a tour of the hospital. That doesn't sound like much but we have about eight buildings where our Nursing students work so it gave me many steps.
Today I won't be doing as much walking because it is a teaching day so I will take an intentional walk in my neighborhood.

I will be taking a walk outside today. First I will be walking at the Hospital and our hospital has many buildings. Students work in about 8 of them and I will check up on most of them today. Then this afternoon I plan a 15 minute walk.
