Fit into a size 18. I'm at a loose-ish size 20 now.

Hi there:

Maybe a couple of cleaning goals:

Clean the car, including the trunk
Get an oil change
Get new wipers, or go for a maintenance check

Or shopping:
Buy new sheets and towels
Buy pretty new undies for your new, smaller self
Get a bra fitting (85-90% of women wear the wrong size bra)

Buy a plant or two
Clean the drapes and blinds to let in more spring light

Try new seasonings and spices in the kitchen

First couple that come to mind:

15 minutes of "me" or quiet time a day
journal everyday
complete one of those things you started but never finished
organize a drawer or two
sort through your "stuff" and see what you can donate
track nutrition 100%
pre-plan meals a day in advance
paint your toe nails a funky color just for fun

Hope this helps. Setting smaller goals for a shorter time frame is a good idea, larger goals for a longer time frame works well, too.

Hey all,
So I set 2 goals for myself each week, one fitness related and one non-fitness. At the end of the week I post a blog and reflect on my accomplishments for the week. I used to do 3 fitness goals/week but felt I was getting in over my head and wasn't accomplishing much. I restructured my goal system and only do one fitness goal each week along with one non-fitness goal. I'm having some trouble coming up with ideas for non-fitness goals though. Last week's non-fitness goal was to earn 50+ Spark points/day and that worked well. This week is no pop. The point of the non-fitness goal (it can still be health related) is to help me feel more accomplished and lighten the mood a little. It could be related to the SP community or anything else aside from fitness. I need some ideas. Can you help??

Thanks!

~Kate
