I have taken stock of my life and where I want to be this time next year is saying, "I can't believe what a great year this has been." So, I am taking control of my life by focusing more on the little stuff that I let slide. My moods, my doc. appointments, my weight and such. This year has sucked BIG TIME. The biggest part of me is gone but there is nothing I can do to bring her back so I must move on.

what are you goals, affirmations, resolutions, choices for today and the upcoming year?

i've never been one for resolutions. or goals. i don't like making promises i don't know if i can keep.

so i choose to keep making healthy steps .. literally and figuratively and conjecturally .. whatever the word is ... i will keep walking .. i will keep eating healthy stuff even when i indulge in not so healthy stuff on occasion ... i will live with my consequences .. i will celebrate my achievements, etc

i know i know ... those aren't qualitative like they teach us on SparkPeople .. but i had to start somewhere ya know ... these 100 pounds lost started with me caring about myself and deciding to make a difference ..deciding to make different choices and seeing where it got me
