Lost another .7 lbs, however I believe I have lost more fat and gained lean muscle. My size 40 Jeans I bought a little over a month ago is loose on me.

I have increase my mileage on Thursday nights to 5 miles.

Over all I'm on track.

I seem to be in a "holding pattern" for this last week (down 3 lbs since start of challenge, but that is where I was last Monday). So I am committing in writing that I will add a Bootcamp video each and every day beginning tomorrow, plus keep up the cardio (yes, even on Thanksgiving Day!) See if I can't get that number to move again!

Try the water trick...sometimes you are dehydrated and need to drink more water...also rate your hunger...are you having actual hunger pains...if so how severe are they? Another thing...make sure you are balancing out your carbs to protien to fat ratios and eating at scheduled times...not going more than 4 hours without food...it could be your blood sugar is off.....

I felt like I was starving yesterday, but I held on, chewed my sugarless gum then went to yoga. After yoga, I felt OK. I wonder if I was really hungry or just bored?

I have few sweets in the house and the ones I have havn't called my name lately. My favorite "dessert" right now is non fat cottage cheese (Ralphs brand - the alta dena is nasty) sprinkled with a little (1/4 teaspoon or so) sugar free jello powder; stir and eat. I eat it when I'm a little low on the protein but it tastes like dessert to me!

HERE'S SOME TIPS FOR YOU!

Schedule your workouts
Set weekly goals and reward yourself each time you succeed
Work out with friends or family for added motivation
Recommit to your goals every day
Be prepared by always having your workout bag with you, bringing your lunch to work, etc.
Keep a food and workout journal to stay on track and measure your progress
Take your measurements regularly

I'm finding that I get hungry (or like to eat) when I'm watching TV. I'm actively finding other things to do like cleaning drawers and exercising. I'm sure I will find other things as I progress.

This is actually my first week since we didn't get home until Fri, 11/13. I'm actually eating breakfast (fruit) and cutting out little things like using one slice of bread for my sandwich. But, I'm feeling hungry at dinnertime and its a struggle not to take second servings. I snack on a handful of almonds at night. And that helps. emoticon

I forgot to do my weigh in this morning and I need to catch up with putting in my food and exercise into SP but I'm getting the 500 cal deficit/day (I think yesterday was the first day i didn't). I'm getting there but still have a ways to go in terms of consistency. Working on it :) YEAH!
