i'm sure you could crush it and use it to coat chicken--i haven't tried this but seen similar recipes with potato chips or corn flakes

My daughter is gluten intolerant (she can't eat wheat) so I'm always looking for treats that are friendly to her tummy. One of my favorite finds is Chex cereal - all (but the Wheat flavor -obviously) are gluten free!

Have you ever used Chex in a recipe?

We really like Muddy Buddies/Puppy Chow. But I'm hoping to find some proven recipes to use it other ways. Maybe crushed for bread crumbs? A cheesy/savory snack mix? Anything?
