I get your point about the sweetened condensed milk not being healthy. I'm ok with that. Now I'm having trouble with losing weight. It seems the scale is going up when my calorie consuption is down. It's on the low end of the recommended calorie amount that SP recommends for me. Hope this plateau ends soon. I'm really getting frustrated.

Right, um but Sweetened Condensed milk has absolutely no nutritional value. If you want to make healthy bars you really need to use honey or raw sugar or agave syrup. Save the SC milk for Christmas baking.

How about bar recipes using the sweetened condensed milk? And oats? What I'm looking for is a recipe for bars that has the ingredients of sweetened condensed milk and oats.

Friend I am not so sure sweetened condensed milk and "healthy nutrient-rich bars" really go hand and hand. I have plenty of sweetened condensed milk recipes for you, but none fall into the healthy category...sorry!

I have 6 cans of sweetened condensed milk in my pantry that I want to use up. I wanted to make sort of healthy nutient-rich bars that could substitute as meal replacement bars. So I would like to bake granola bars, using sweetened condensed milk and quick oats, as well as maybe coconut, raisins, and maybe add some wheat germ, etc. Any suggestions?
