I was gone last week for my sister-in-laws wedding. I'm up two pounds from my last weigh in on the 21st but down a total of 4. It's not 8 but at least it's something!!

I...did it!? Wow! I got a bit of help from being sick in the middle and also training for a 5K, but the results are in! On September 30 I was 184 and now I am 176!!
I am now only 17 pounds from a healthy BMI and 21 from my goal weight! On to losing weight in October!

Welp - I started @ 161.2 and weighed in this morning @ 157.4. So not quite 5 lbs but I did slack a bit on my last week on account of crazy schedule-ness. But I'm not letting it get to me, the fact that I'm still losing is fabulous. I've loosen up a bit and it doesn't ruin my entire day if I can't get a workout in.. life can be rather busy and I've finally accepted that.

But everyone else did an aweomse job !!! Great job team !

Weight loss slowed down this month, and I was sick this week, so I didn't lose 8lbs, but I did lose 4lbs!

Well I did my final weigh in for the challenge this morning . . . I did it! :) I lost exactly 8 lbs. in the month of Sept. I wasn't sure I was going to make it but I did. I'm so motivated right now, thanks so much for this challenge! I'm going to use it as a personal challenge this month and see if I can get the same results.

It's a miracle! Monday I was 1.5 lbs. away from my goal, I thought there was no way I could lose that in four days (unless I pushed myself too far which is not healthy!!). But lo and behold I weighed in this morning and I had lost a little less than 2lbs! What a month!!!! My other challenge for the month is 10 lbs. by 10-10-10, only 1 more lb. to go!!

Okay so today is my weigh in day. I really am in denial about what the scale says as well as what I said my starting weight was. I feel as if I must be off some where...But I know it has to be true. I have lost 8lbs this month. It's really unbelievable to me! I'm so glad that the flu I had didn't put me behind to much! Thank you for this challenge!Now I have to figure out something for next month!

So, tomorrow is the last day to weigh in... very excited! I won't be hitting the 8 lb goal, but will hopefully come very close. Did a tentative weigh in this morning, and so far I've lost 6.8 lbs-- how very wonderful!! Considering I started the challenge 10 days late, I'm extremely proud of myself. All those who are working hard on this challenge should be proud, too! Can't wait to read everyone's results tomorrow!!!

Great job everyone! And thanks for all the help and support throughout the month. You made reaching the goal that much easier!

I'm thinking that a goal for me for next month will be no alcohol...then I will be able to celebrate a little on Halloween =D Think that would work??

Thanks to Herbalife I have lost 13 lbs and 19" since 9/7/10! I can't believe how great I feel! I am starting to get back into a much needed fitness routine and I now have the energy to do so!

I'm back on track! Weighed in this morning and all that water weight was gone. Only 1.8 lb. to lose to meet my goal of 8 lbs. this month. How is everyone else doing in the home stretch? Just a few more days!!

So I stepped on the scale this morning and did I get a shock. I am down 3 lbs since Wednesday! Talk about motivation. I definitely liked that. I have 4 more lbs to go from my starting weight on September 1st but 2 more lbs to go from my heaviest weight this month. I am not sure if I am going to make it to my goal weight but I made it to my first goal that I made for myself. Now I am hoping to keep losing and not gain anymore.

It isn't going to be easy but it will get done.

To swear off mistakes is very easy. All you have to do is swear off having ideas.

Ive only got 2 lbs left to loose and they seem to be the hardest! I started a new job this week and Im sure the change in stress & being so tired after work is not helping! Im going to be working extremely hard on this so I meet my goals! Ive never met my goals before!

Yea.. so I guess I'm not even making 5 lbs this month :( I'm pretty sure I've hit a plateau I'm still where I was last week @ 159.8. But at least I've finally broken the 150s ! I guess I can shoot for a goal for the week. I'm aiming for 1 lb in the final week of September !

Well I gained a lb back this week but it is that "TOM" so hopefully it's just water weight! I'm now 4lbs. away instead of 3 lbs., but even though there is only one week left I'm not giving up! At least I hope to lose 2 lbs. this week. Hope everyone is doing great so far!!

So far I've lost 4.5 lbs since I joined this group on September 10th... I guess that's not too bad, right? I'm trying very hard not to be bummed that I only lost 1.2lbs this week--- I did amazingly well with my food, but I guess that I need to work out harder and more often to see the results I want. Let's see if I can lose the 3.5 lbs this coming week to meet this September challenge... fingers crossed!!

I'm going to celebrate! As of today I'm exactly 8 pounds lighter than I was on Sept 1st! I'm so excited because I really didn't think I was going to make after small increases from last week on the days I weighed myself. I have got to say that spark people has really opened my eyes to what I've been putting into my body and I think that has helped.

Ok, so after my scale fiasco, I'm not exactly sure where I started, but I am pretty confident it was near 200 lbs. According to my new scale I'm down to 192. So, although I think I've lost 8 lbs, I'm going to shoot for loosing another 2 lbs this week, just to make sure.
I've been doing good on eating, I just need to push myself harder to go and get a good sweat on at the gym. I've just started back at work after 2 months and getting a routine down is tough!

Well the scale didn't go down this week but it didn't go up this week either so that is a positive step. I really need to step up my game this week. I realize that I am probably not going to meet the 8 lbs in September but any little bit that the scale drops is good for me. I didn't get in as much exercising that I wanted to this week with working late almost every night. I also have been stressed at work and so unfortunately haven't been eating right and drinking the water like I should. Starting today there is no more diet pop only water to drink and I am going to go back to my Weight Watchers tracking along with tracking the foods on SP. I lost 20lbs the last time I did Weight Watchers so hopefully I can do it again.

God help me to change this negative attitude and stay motivated to eat right and continue to exercise!! Second week of no change on the scale or in my clothes :( I have been working out harder than I have in many months and doing a better job of tracking food but it doesnt seem to matter. I am going to read at least three motivational peices of literature this week and set some daily goals for myself!

My wiifit makes me about 5 lbs heavier than my digital scale. Just recognize that different scales will have different results, decide which one you want to go with and keep moving! You can do it!

Don't discount your progress! Just keep trying. I had two showers this weekend and a lot of different foods. I feel like I did really well on portion control, which used to be very hard for me to control. I am happy to say that even after this crazy weekend. I am down a pound!

So, I am feeling pretty down today, because we bought a new digital scale and it says that I am 7 pounds heavier than what Wii Fit was telling me. Now, I don't know where I am at for the month. I guess I should just start new with the new scale, but it feels like it's taken away all my progress in one shot. Anyone else ever have this problem?

My travel has really messed me up...I didn't gain any weight, but I didn't lose any either. I'll weigh in on Wednesday and post. Hopefully by then I'll be down a pound or so...I'm still hoping to make it to my goal of 249 by the 30th. Only aobut 5 more to go. :-)

I modified the original plan, so I'm right on track right now (at the halfway point) with -2pounds of a -4lb goal.

So I'm only down two for the month so far, but I'm happy that I'm not gaining! I am trying to keep tracking food and doing regular exercise even though school started and life just got busy! Boyfriend and I have been doing P90X. It's HARD but fun, and I can't believe he is actually doing it with me. So here's my weigh in:

Ok..so um... really starting to feel the pressure here. I don't think the 8 lbs is happening for me this month I'm going to shoot for 5 lbs.

The number on the scale may not show it, but I'm doing great it in my workouts and I'm still cooking well for the week and packing my own food and snacks. I started running again and do a little over 2 miles every time I go. I feel great, though a little disappointed.

Total = 1.4 lbs lost

How is everyone doing at the half-way point? So far this month I have lost 5.5 lbs. I think I am on track to lose another 2.5 lbs. before the end of the month!

Yay!! Lost 3.7 lbs this week--- such a great start for my first week. So, 4.3 lbs away from this month's goal, and 13 days to make it happen. I think I can make it happen!!! Very excited to challenge myself and lose that 4.3 lbs!

I lost 3 pounds this week! I am so excited because I had to go on a retreat and I didn't have any control over the food they served. But, I made a salad at the salad bar for every meal and didn't take any of the breads they put out on the table. I took a small portion at the meals and ate slowly. I also brought healthy snacks like apples and nuts, so I wouldn't be tempted by all the chips and cookies they put out. It turns out it all paid off!! I am so thrilled.

Well so far been doing good with drinking water usualy get 6 to 8 glasses in a day. Been getting better at tracking my steps for the day. Getting into the swing of tracking food. Making it a goal of mine to dance for 15 to 20min a day. So far today is the start and I've done 15min of dance.
