I love turning the page on a calendar and setting new goals. My month started out by visiting so I'm kind of just getting back on course today.

Back to daily journaling and posting in my groups
Back to working out 6 days a week and strength training 3 times a week
I'm going to try a new program for exercise starting August 10th (metabolic renewal)
Working my way now towards the 180's!
I'm continuing to be AF (alcohol free) - Day 59 AF today.
