Sorry, my computer has been down since the 23rd of Mar. I have been going up & down in weight still but, my inches have been coming down steady. I have 3 more inches to get back to where I was last Oct.

I did measure on Sun. Mar. 27th and I finally reached this 5 inch goal, so I will start this challenge over for who ever wants to join me. You can start anytime so, measure and jump right into this challenge.

Terri, if your tape is a VHS, I hope it doesn't disintegrate like mine did. I had to order a new DVD . I lost 2.5 inches this week. The amazing thing is my lower tummy is now the same measurement as my hips. I can't wait till it is smaller than my hips. I hope you did better than me this week.

When I was in my 20's I worked at health studios in Houston TX , Seattle WA and Chicago IL and one of the most important things they trained the employees to do was to measure people and where to measure them, and the importance of it. So when I start with Sarkpeople, besides weighing myself I measured myself too, in eleven places.

5. Midriff ~
6. Waist ~
7. Tummy ~
8. Hips ~
9. Left Thigh ~
10. Left Calf ~

This is how you do it each week:

My Start Total Inches (TI) was 335.5 " minis Current Inches (CI)309.5 equals Inches Lost (IL) 26".

Since I started on Jan. 4, 2008 I have lost and gained weight and consistently lost inches. I was down 5 pound, then up 2 pounds. But I have lost inches each week, the total so far as of Sun. Jan. 16, 2011 is 26 inches over all.

Anyone can join at anytime. Just add your name at the bottom of the list. Update your Inches as often as you like and move yourself up in the ranks accordingly. When someone loses 5 Inches we will start a new thread and begin again. *There can be more than 1 winner in the same day*
