O.K., I pulled my mat out from behind the couch and got down on the living room floor and did 15 ab. crunches just for you, thank you.

I'm feeling a need to stretch and work my calves in my legs. How about this one? Stand behind a chair, hanging onto the back of the chair and raise up on your tip toes and back down. 15 Calf Raises, what do you say?

HI Everyone...

Ok. I have to admit..I saw this done in another team. I liked the idea..so I thought we could borrow it. Why re-invent the wheel?

Here is how it goes...This is a game that will get us up and moving. You post an exercise to do, what it is, how many reps., then the next person that posts does that exercise. Then they assign the next exercise, amt of reps, and so on..let's give it a try.

Let's give it a whirl...(can be done at the beach if you prefer...or home...gym...work...your choice)
