Great Job everyone! I was also successful today :). It definitely is a great way to eat and I hope to incorporate it into my routine but carbs are my weakness and I don't want to cut them out completely. I should just have them occasionally as a special treat!

Same here!!! Loved this challenge!!! My husband and I work together, so he did this challenge with me today! So many yummy fresh veggies and fruits. He helped me make a few shakes last night with all the veggies and fruit for today! We are going to try and keep this up!

I also did not encounter any escalators or elevators. But my work has a break room upstairs, so I made it a point yesterday to run up there every few hours! Haha! People must have thought I was really hungry! :)
Way to Go! I cannot believe we are on day four already!!!

That's awesome PIESGRL! I didn't encounter elevators or escalators today. I had wanted to get in some extra steps but I had to finish a homework assignment, so I hardly got any walking done today emoticon

Completed today's challenge!!! Had Dr. appt today and although my appointment was on the first floor, i got there a few minutes early so I could walk the stairs and after my appt before I left, I walked them again!!! #feelingaccomplished #allsmiles

Results for Monday, 2-10-14: I got my 8 glasses of water in, but I had a cup of coffee. So I was short 2 glasses. Still, I haven't had that much water in one day in a very long time! :)

Monday 2/10- got all my water in = trips to the bathroom thru the night, but it was worth it! I defiantly feel hydrated😀

The BOXERSOUL Challenge!!
Created by a fellow SparkOrlando member, here is the challenge for this week!! Post your results for each day and at the end, there will be prizes. I will remind you each day of what the challenge is incase you forget. CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW!

Monday - drink 8 glasses of water, for every non-water beverage you add 2 glasses of H2O
Tuesday - give 5 people a compliment
Wednesday - take the stairs everywhere you go - no elevators or escalators
Thursday - cut out all starchy carbs (only veggies, protein, and fruits)
Friday - park the farthest away from your destination that you can and walk (within reason - be safe and smart)
Saturday - get at least 20 minutes of cardio
Sunday - pre-make a healthy lunch for Monday and Tuesday

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND HAVE FUN!! emoticon
