No. Yesterday was my day off and I decided to check out a soul food restaurant in Orlando. I only ate half though and saved the rest for lunch today. Even with half, though, I went over my calorie range. Yes, it was good! I'll just have to work it off today.

Wednesday was a great day - wanted that extra sugar free fudgesicle after I had my planned one but I had a cup of hot tea instead and made it through the rest of the night without mindless snacking. Phew!

I did not stay in range yesterday - I was over by about 100 calories. I usually am every weekend day - I just enjoy the wine with dinner and a cocktail too much to give them up! But if I stop losing weight, I'll start re-evaluating! So far today been good, but...

I stayed in my range today (7/3/09) but looks like that's not going to happen for the fourth. I made little individual strawberry shortcakes that are 150 calories each for a party and I ended up eating 4 of them. Thank God I exercised like a maniac today. So I think I'm good. I'll just be very careful tomorrow not to go all out.

Yes I did yesterday....but not the day before :( I was at a baby shower.... I did not have the cake but I did have the fried rice, curry chicken, and lo mein noodles. Did I mention they forced a Margarita down my throat????? LOL

I am back on track! I went to the gym last night to work some of it off. :)

Nope! Hubbie took me on a "date" last night to a wonderful restaurant (Chatham's Place in Dr. Phillips) and while I chose a salad, and had grouper for my dinner, the restaurant bought us a round of drinks before and after dinner, and I couldn't drink free booze and not order dessert, could I??? I thought not! We shared a chocolate mousse cake.. And today it's back to reality and back to my eating plan!

I have stayed under calories all week. lets see how my weekend goes, cuz that could change. I am allowing 1 cheat day a week so we will see... I do plan on going to the spark rally tommorrow so that should start my day in a positive way

Whatever works!

I stayed in calorie range yesterday. For some reason I'm craving Popeyes today, which is not good (calorie count way too high). I'm going to see if I can make a piece fit in my calorie range.
