ok, did the workput for 3 days then gave my body one day to rest. My muscles were screaming!

I decided to start a new workout routine.
It's "Jillian Michaels 30 day shred." You know how ur usually sore the day after a really great workout.....I'm sore now!lol, I was shakey for about 3 hrs after I worked out...and it's only a 20 min workout!! lol, hopefully this gtes the scale moving!!

I usually don't have time to get on the stationary bike but I'll add it to my workout this week as part of this challenge. Hope to burn off some additional calories. Thanks for the challenge!!

READY......SET.......GO!!!!!!!!!!
We've found our motivation, we've set our goals, now's the time to jump into action!So pick up ur running shoes, and lets get a move on!

This week's challenge is to add one extra workout to ur routine. You can make it anything from a morning of Yoga to sooth, relax and get u going on the right track, A cardio to blast that fat, or an extra strength training session to build up that muscle and get ur metabolism reved up.

What ever it is keep ur goals and motivation close by, the holidays are sneaking up on us and we all want to look and feel our best!
