Mon - 30 minutes swimming, 30 minutes stationary bike
Tues - 3 miles walk - not sure how long it took - probably an hour

MOn: c- 40 min easy walk
Tues: c - 30 min easy walk
Wed: c-30 min, 2 mile walk s - 10 min
Thurs: c-30min, 2 mile walk s-10min

This weeks challenge is one I think we can all master! This week 's challenge is to add 10 extra min to your workouts. If you work out for 30 min, give it that little extra "umph' and go for 40 min.
That little extra effort may go a long way to helping you rech your goals!
