I'm so in on this one. I've gone into my Sparkgoals and updated them. I've added 10,000 steps a day as a goal and hope to start hitting that on a more regular basis. I'm also kicking up the amt of cardio so that I can get back to my couch to 5K program. I'm hoping to have a great fall.

HI all! Welcome to the latest addition of weekely challenge!

It's s so easy all summer to fall into the cracks, forget about things at BBQ's and Fairs. BUt with fall upon us, all things are possible!!

So, for this week, THe challenge is to keep all of your personal goals. To get back to the basicis of your "spark-goals." Staying with-in calorie ranges, getting the required amout of exercie, drinking enough water. It's great to start fall with the basics so that we can build on thses and accomplish some truly amazing things!
