Goals:
Zumba 3-4x week
Yoga 2x week
DVD workout-3x week

Day 1-DVD-walk yourself fit/Zumba
Day 2-walk 3 miles
Day 3-walk 2miles/stationary bike 35 min
Day 4- walk 3 miles
Day 5-Zumba 35 min, pushups, situps
Day 6-WWdvd Get moving, 30 min
Day 7

Start weight: 166 lbs

Zumba is so HOT right now! Why not make Zumba (or any exercise) a habit!!

Start by setting 2-3 goals to help you lose weight and feel great with Zumba
and any other form of exercise that you enjoy!!

Are you in? If so, please follow the directions below.

1) List your top 3 goals that you would like to meet during this time.
2) Copy and paste the following workout schedule posted in this format. Add a new date each day you post.
3) Each day you login into Sparkpeople, come back to COUNT ME IN!!! thread here on your team and find your post.
4) According to the date and after you've finished your Zumba or other workout, write your workout for the day and total number of fitness workout minutes.
5) Make sure you monitor your workout minutes and tally them up each day.
