I did the exhilarate dvd for 60 minutes. Think I probably burned 800-1000. It was med- high intensity.

Low: You could sing while doing your Zumba Fitness workout
Mid: You could talk while doing your Zumba Fitness workout

Wow, that's alot of calories burned. I was calculating it at 550 for an hour, but felt it was more. Thanks for this info!!

Zumba Calories Burned Info

This is information I got from another Zumba person, and I think it depends on what you weigh now. Like maybe the more you weigh the more calories you will burn.


Zumba - low impact - 60 minutes = 600 cal

Zumba - medium impact - 60 minutes = 800 cal

Zumba - high impact - 60 minutes = 1000 cal
