If we make Goals each Day, Week, Month, Year & Years we have something to strive for!

My daily Goal is to burn 500 calories emoticon
Keep my calories between 1370 & 1720. emoticon
Drink lots of water (8 glasses) emoticon
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep emoticon

My weekly Goal is to keep my house clean and orderly, take care of our animals and spend time with family and friends. emoticon

I didn't make my goal of 10 lbs either but I did lose some inches off the waistline so I am a happy girl anyway. Maybe I will keep the goals to five lbs at a time... emoticon

I am setting a short term goal this summer. I want to be under 200 by the end of Aug.

My long term goal is to be at my WW goal of 175 by Jan and becoming a lifetime member!!!

I started the Sweatsuit to swimsuit challenge two days early so here goes:
Friday, May 1: StS workout for Friday
Saturday, May 2: STS workout for Thursday and Saturday, biking 20 min
Sunday, May 3: biking 20 min, STS workout
Monday, May 4: Zumba 45 min, pushups, STS workout
Tuesday, May 5: Zumba 45 min, pushups, STS workout
Wednesday, May 6: Zumba 60 min,STS core workout(ow!!)

Hi Charlie,

so glad that your friend is doing better.

Teaching Zumba is getting easier but I still get alittle nervous when I sub for other classes.I have one today.

i was invigorated this am and marched for 20 min before work. I figured that I needed to add some different stuff to my day and really buckle down on my portions. Also, sweet treats are for one day a week only. I want to wear my summer clothes!!

Hey Terri,

It look like we are the only two that wants to post our Goals & Results here. But, that's OK not everybody has the time to post to much.

We are about to start into our 3rd month of keeping track of exercise and I know it has helped me to stick with it better. I have also started keeping track of my B.Pressure & B.Sugar also my new Nutrition Goals here too. I am trying to break it all down to lose a pound a week. So far that hasn't happened but I did lose 2" this past week.

I'm glad to see you making progress! How do you like being a Zumba Instructor? I bet it is a blast! I would have loved doing that when I was younger. I use to work in health clubs in Houston TX, Chicago IL, and Seattle WA when I was in my 20's.

Thank you for helping me with this team, you are a great Co-Leader. Do I know how to pick em or what!
I'm still waiting to see a Video of You with your class doing Zumba.

I am having trouble with the whole water thing. When I am in school, there isnt't always time to go to the bathroom.Strength training and yoga are not as frequent as I would like but hey, every day is a new chance to get it done. Charlie, I hope the horses are doing better.

Every since Sat. 3/21/09 when we took the horses in to have their teeth floated, I have been so consumed about their diet that I have lost focus on my diet and exercise.

I am doing ok-the CD player in the new room stopped working in the middle of my first song so we had to go to my classroom and work out there. Left me a little stressed but I worked up a sweat and so did my class so I guess that is ok. Still, not one of my finest moments.And the CD player would not give me back my Jennifer Lopez CD! Oh, well, tomorrow is another day!!
