1. Get in the ZUMBA (Habit)6 days, Strength Train (Habit) 3days a week and do yoga at least 4x a week
2. Lose a total of 5 inches over all, by March 31st
3. Lose 5 lbs. by March 31st
4. Drink eight glasses of water per day!
