Each day you read one and as your complete them and do the 'action items' listed in the article .. you get 10 sparkpoints as well as building good habits.
It teaches you basically how to become healthier.
They are really good tips too.

OK. I have the three things.
There were
1. Track my food
2. Post to the message boards
3. 10 mins of cardio


So far I am doing great in those.

Hey Cindy!

Yes that's the 'fast break stage'
It's really very helpful in easing you into the Spark Healthy Habits (stage 2).

You pick 3 things in 3 different categories that you think you'd like to work on to begin getting into the rhythem of healthy habits. A challenge if you will.

I picked eating 2 fruits/veggies, Mental pep talk and cardio 10 mins a day.

If you have a problem overeating while watching Tv you'd pick not to eat in front of TV... something like that...

Let us know what you pick and definetely keep track of it.

Continue to do all the great things you are doing now and ADD in those 3 challenges..

I just today noticed that on the start page of the spark diet, we are suppose to have had in the first week the three small challanges and the six stratagies that will "set us up of success"
Question is......did I miss that day of class and can I have your notes???!!!!! emoticon b/c I am lost on what those are!!!!

I need some guidance and direction. I don't know where I missed those steps and stratagies or If that is something I need to do on my own.
