Sounds like some good plans...I am going to work out tomorrow and monday before work. I will continue tracking food.

Get to 135 by March 5th 09.

I have a lot planned for tomorrow so I will need to be careful. I am going dancing tomorrow night, which will be good exercize, I just need to watch my alcohol intake! Sunday we are going to a bbq with hot dogs and smores, so I am going to take some veggies to grill and a salad. I will get my workout in before we leave to go to the bbq. Monday, no plans, so it shouldn't be too hard to stay on track.

My plan for Labor Day Weekend -

We are going camping the entire weekend and then when I arrive home on Monday I will have a couple of hours before I leave for the airport for a two week long business trip to NYC!

For the weekend I have every meal planed - down to my snacks. My fitness will be two 60 minute walks every day at a minimum.

For my business trip I have my tuna and other non-perishables ready to ship tomorrow to the hotel so I will have healthy options while there.

Change is what�s hard, but it�s change that will reveal all the wonders that life has to offer

Make sure you have a plan for food, fitness and handling out of the norm situations for this upcoming Labor Day holiday (for those of us in the US).

This is a real test starting just this week to be put into a time that lots of extra food and company seems to take place.

Put your plan down here - if it is in writing you are more apt to follow it!
