4GAY - Give yourself a cheer too!! You were definitely one of the key people who I kept an eye on during the competition :-)

Congratulations Alan and JNNSALAS!!

emoticon everyone who took part in the challenge!

I didn't really lose weight at the same rate as before....for me it is usually 1 lb a week. I did lose more inches so maybe the strength training paid off. I need to focus more on quality rather than quantity.

Congrats to a great "Standout Trifecta"!!!!

It was great to see some new people involved in this challenge. Rest up, catch your breath.... We'll be heading to the gates for another exciting challenge after the New Year.

Whew... I am sooooo glad that this actually ended, as I just posted that I would put up today's numbers. BUT ... having thought that the challenge was over (as it turned out it was), I did treat myself to one of my favorire high protein, low carb, but high sodium snacks - beef jerky.

Well, if I *had* posted tonight, I'd have only come up with 23 points :-)

I had a great time as did apparently everyone else who participated. Let's do it again soon. (But yeah, I like Jenn's idea of waiting until after the holidays).

Thanks again for such a great challenge everyone. I am cooking something else up for a full blown challenge, but think I may wait until after the holidays. Let's challenge each other daily though so we can make it through the end of the year.

There was a lot of good chat going on during this challenge. I love seeing that! Let's keep on talking everyone. That is what keeps the team alive.

Anyway...that drum has been rolling for awhile now. Here is what you have all been waiting for.

Our winner and still champion...Alan!!! Congrats once again Alan!

4GAYATRI took our second place slot and JNNSALAS
came in a close third.
