Stop in to post my Fitness track and it already over. That was my first challenge and I really enjoyed it. It keep me on track with my fitness.

I am thinking that our next challenge will incorporate both fitness and nutrition. Just have to think of something that will be fun and works :)

Wow!! I didn't realize it was over. I didnít have any doubt in mind that ALANOFLINY was going to win. Alan, I look at your posts and that motivates me to add at least a couple of sets of strength exercises to my routine. JENN72, thank you so much for setting up these challenges.

Okay, I'm embarassed. I really didn't think I was going to win this one. On the other hand, nothing like a challenge to bring out the competitive juices in me. I do owe a lot of thanks to the trainer at the gym for pushing me through more exercises than I had been doing - and suggesting that I could be doing ab exercises even on my non-gym days.

Congrats to everyone!! I think everyone wins if we're sticking with / upping our fitness regimen.

Everyone did a great job on this challenge! Lots of calories burned and water drank.

Once again our challenge winner is ALANOFLINY!

4GAYATRI was our 2nd place winner.

Third place goes to KLABUGSY!
