Good grief! I'm further behind in posting than I realized, especially since this challenge is now over. I've weighed each week; didn't want to post last week as I was unhappy with the number. Then this week, it didn't change which at least means it isn't worse! Clearly, I'm not doing well.

Dinner out twice. I was good, but it's hopeless no matter how good I am. It is some extra calories of course, but way too much salt for this senior.

It's GREAT seeing the progress being made on this team but seeing all of YOU here doing your best to change for the better inspires me to dig deep and push forward. Up 2, but I'm not complaining.
I've eaten in 5 different restaurants this week and I was really pretty good. I'm 77 and some of the 2 pounds is water / salt for sure.

I'll join in as well. I've not had success in losing for awhile, but having a challenge with a weekly weigh-in helps to keep me accountable (if only to myself) and it probably at least keeps me from significant weight gain! Here's hoping I'll commit to doing better!
