I know we are already into this challenge but I missed the boat when it started. In fact I fell off the program completely for a couple months and am now getting back into it. If I can join here are my stats:

I wasn't going to post this week because I am so embarrassed and frustrated. But I decided I have to own up to my increase in weight and spend some time trying to figure out what is going on with me. On a positive note I have started going back to the gym this week ..... we'll have to wait and see how that helps. In the meantime, thank you for this challenge. It makes me accountable for the ups and downs of my weight loss journey. Now I just need more downs. Have a great and successful week ahead.
