I skipped a few weeks because I was tired of posting the same 2 calories up and down. Today I finally have a net loss of 1 pound, so after all these weeks I just lost 1 pound!! Ugh.

But I'm back to working hard and I'm going to be more active in the next challenge.

When I joined a couple of days ago, I was frustrated and scared because my weight had hit the 200 pound mark for the third time in my life. The first time was during my pregnancy in '75 (208 lbs), and then later in the early 2000s (219 lbs). Both times I told myself I'd never go over 200 again. Today I'm moving in the right direction...199. Just being here and looking at your posts has encouraged me to put in more effort, and I thank you. I have a goal to be 8 lbs lighter at final weigh in. I wish all a day of healthy choices.

SUMMER into FALL Lose 1# a week for 15 week Challenge

No contest just challenge yourself. Enter your starting weight and each week post your weight next to the date until we reach our final weight on 10/23.
This is a 15 week challenge. Official day to weigh in will be Friday but any day that is good for you will work.
