I hit my mini-goal of losing 60 pounds by my one-year Spark anniversary this week! Year 2 is now starting. I can't believe I've managed to count calories for this long.

Yes, one pound lost each week is my challenge, too. My weight doesn't ever go down in smooth amounts. I keep working at it without seeing a change in the scale and then it goes down a few pounds. I'm going to try doing 30 second sprints of speed in my workouts like a video suggested.
