I park close sometimes to save time, but it's better to park farther away so you get more walking in when you runs errands to the store, the bank, etc.

Move more, eat less!

Hello! I am proposing a one week challenge, starting today, Monday, February 13. It is hard making all the healthy changes we should, so let's start out slowly. I am starting a week of trying to break one bad habit, and starting one good habit. So as of today I am breaking my very bad habit of eating candy really late at night, and starting a good habit of replacing one meal a day with a salad of greens, cut up veggies and some protein. Anyone who wants to join me gets to pick their own bad and good habits. This is a very personalized challenge! We go through Sunday, February 19, and see if we have been able to be consistent throughout the whole week.
