Hi, I think that is a good idea, just not a possibility for me. Being in my power chair does not allow me to do much other than keeping joints mobile by a few exercised that I can do on Spark's 11. min seated exercises. I don't have much more to lose. thank the Lord, so will continue with that. Hope a lot of members have agreed to do this.

Although I gained a pound this week, I considered it a win because it was Restaurant Week in Omaha and we ate out times selecting from special menus, none of which were low cal.

Will get back on track this week.
