It's on! My weigh in this week was 197. I have been doing the meta-fiber challenge this month and recommend it. It has opened my eyes to the amount of fiber I need, but wasn't actually getting. I look forward to this new challenge emoticon

Thank you for this. I've severely damaged my right knee and have gained 15 pounds in a very short time. I'm still healing and need to rest A LOT, but I want to lose some of this weight by Christmas. I've copied and pasted your date list, and promise to follow it. But I usually weigh myself on Monday mornings when nobody else is home, so I'm moving the Sunday numbers to Mondays. Two months ago I was classified 'Morbidly Obese' at 306 lbs. Since then I've lost 22 lbs from FeedingObesity, and am now classified just 'Severely Obese' at 284 today. The pics above were taken 9/23/15 at the Oklahoma State fair. My weight was 283 lbs, which is exactly 100 lbs above the top of my Ideal weight 183. Guess that's why I'm so sweaty, carrying around that extra 100 lb barbell everywhere I go!

Besides using the Feeding Obesity Whole Food Program; I also combine it with the Leangains Intermitent Fasting Program. I only eat within 8 hr, or less window; which I'v decided to be between Noon & 8 PM. THEN I EAT NOTHING FOR 16 HRS, which ends at noon the next day... NO SNACKS... NO BREAKFAST!

At 220, I'll say this...

"I, BOB LOVE AM NO LONGER AN OBESE PERSON! I decided not to commit partial suicide by staying obese... and thus shortening my life from 2 to 10 yrs.To accomplish this I stopped eating junk/invented food and had to eat ONLY REAL FOOD... which I only ate FROM NOON TO 8 PM!

I'm in, I weigh in on Wednesday evenings at WW. Been on this weight loss and fitness journey since January, down 73-pounds and definitely intend to continue losing over the holidays, as I have 47-pounds left to lose to reach my desired goal. Love a good Sparks challenge! Starting weight is 178.4, next WW weigh in is on 9/22...looking for a loss!

Thaks for the invite, I think this is going to be a good challenge for me to continue to lose; if I can los 13 lbs over the holidays, that's a plus.
