Eat more I did ... Weight still crept downward. Calorie intake has risen to levels very near those consumed pre-injury.

Have been dealing with multiple underlying health issues since March. Some have been resolved; but, may be dealing with more. Been advised to follow-up with primary care physician following this week's MRI and I have done so.

Today's weight: 123,9 - Trend: 124.51 - I continue to creep downward - Hooray!

Also, it turns out that WeightGrapher is NOT populating automatically from Fitbit.I sent them an e-mail yesterday, and got a reply from the developer, who acknowledged that the automatic fitbit sync isn't working, and that they won't have time to work on it before year end. In the meantime, the manual sync button works fine. So, I'll continue entering my data into Sparky, and manually sync with weight grapher every few days. That way all 3 platforms will have consistent weight data for me.

I have been suffering from digestive issues for about a week, don't know if it is my colitis acting up or if it is the steroids I am taking or what, but I am miserable and my actual weight has shot up, maybe from the bloating. I am taking it easy on food for a few days, and if things don't improve by early next week, will call the doc.
