You pick your OWN weigh in day. You can put your weight in anytime between Tuesday afternoon and the following Monday at midnight Eastern. This helps allow for busy schedules, travelling, etc.

If you want Monday to be your weigh-in day, that's 100% OK. I do, because it keeps me honest over the weekend. Just don't miss the midnight Eastern deadline, because if you miss logging in a week you'll fall out of the challenge.

Some people log more than once during a week. That can be a useful strategy to make sure you get logged and don't risk missing the deadline. In that case I just delete the earlier weights and use the latest one before the deadline.

I am too late (by 2days) to join, but was still encourage to post, so here I am.

I think that it might be helpful to clarify how to calculate the +/- 3%.
Here is how I have gone about it:

- take my weight in lbs (132 I have just reached goal, and want to stay there or just below)
- divide it by hundred (1.32)
- multiply by 3 (the range) (3.96, approximated to 4lbs)
- add that to my weight (132+4= 136 my max, oh I don't want to go back there!!!)
- subtract from my weight (132-4= 128 not ready for that yet)

so my post would be 100 this week.
(I then had to work out what would 101% look like, so I divide my 4lbs margin by three: 1.33; which would mean that 101 for me is if I put on 1.3lbs, 102 for 2.6, 103 for 3.9, 99 if lost 1.3.... you get my drift)

Have I got the right end of the stick????

Posted my weigh-in at 141.5... that was BEFORE I ran... 140.0 after my 8k! Just goes to show the importance of drinking lots of water!

Great changes yet to come in 2016!
Updated my ticker to a new maintenance goal weight of 142, and will flip back to the maintenance ticker when I get there.
