Just start and don't worry about which day, you will get the hang of it soon. Read my blog, militarymom1 and you will see we all struggle. I'm confused as well! I thought we were doing Thursday to Wednesday. Does it matter? I'm having trouble just getting here each day! Now I don't know which day starts the week. (great excuse to just take a day off, doncha think?)

OK so...I am totally confused. Are we tracking from Sunday-Saturday to Thursday-Wednesday. Maybe I have my team/challenges messed up. Sorry. LOL I just want to post the right thing in the right place.

I am not keeping track this week, sorry to bail, but things are really crazy...

BUT I am more careful about what I am putting in my mouth so it has been a benefit to me. Just having a hard time finding time to track, and when I do have time DH is on the computer!

Will try again next week~~but will still be careful and not overeat!!

Jackie, the choice is yours...to use Quick Track fr your fruit, veggies + water OR count your calories OR...if you're really zealous, you can do both!!

Shirley...enjoy your vacation and good for you even doing some sparking during that time.

Change goal to 120 and reached on 8/27/08 .
My Revised GW:120
After 3 years maintaining my 114 lb goal weight, I have regained 55 pounds and have reverted to my original GOAL Weight of 120 lbs and will work to achieve that by my birthday next year or sooner hopefully!

I have started back with sparkspeople in keeping track of my food.

Please pray for me to keep tracking. I'm doing the weight loss program at the hospital. They advocate sparkspeople and I've told people about this web-site. I'm now wearing size 14 from size 20, I'm in shock. I thank you all for not giving up on me. Blessings, Militarymom2
