I'm past all my family being here and I'm ready to work this week on getting healthy. My goals for this week of eating is to stay within 1200-1500 calories per day M-S

Change goal to 120 and reached on 8/27/08 .
My Revised GW:120
After 3 years maintaining my 114 lb goal weight, I have regained 55 pounds and have reverted to my original GOAL Weight of 120 lbs and will work to achieve that by my birthday next year or sooner hopefully!
