Original GW:125 Achieved 5/2/08.
Change goal to 120 and reached on 8/27/08 .
My Revised GW:120
After 3 years maintaining my 114 lb goal weight, I have regained 55 pounds and have reverted to my original GOAL Weight of 120 lbs and will work to achieve that by my birthday next year or sooner hopefully!

MWW points range is 21 with 35 optional points for the week. Last week I followed this plan and I lost 1 pound. This week we will be traveling, but I plan to chart my foods. Sandy667

The trip is over. I stayed within my range, but used all my optional points. Since I missed my WW meeting due to traveling, I have until Thursday to be sure I see the scale go down! Still tracking! Sandy667
