I bring some type of grilled meat or chicken, steamed veggies and lots of salads in the summer. In the winter I bring homemade soup. I love to cook soup on cold Saturday mornings. It warms the house and smells so good. I cook enough on the weekend to last the week. I also bring fresh fruit for snacks.

I get a lot of my ideas from Pintrest. The most important thing is planning. I have to plan my meals or I make terrible choices.

I need some ideas! I'm going to start trying to carry my lunch. I'm tired of Slim Fast drinks and I am spending too much money stopping for lunch wherever I am. So, do any of you have good, lo cal ideas and recipes?
