I managed my regular exercise routine yesterday and no ill effects of the very long lasting cold. I am truely over it.
Tomorrow off to the radiologist to make sure my wrist isn't broken so I can do some physio. I fell very hard about a month ago and my wrist is still giving me some niggling problems. Likely just a sprain but they need to do the fimls first.
How's the work going toward your goals?

My goal this month is to get back to the basics of nutrition and return to measuring/weighing everything for a while. Old habits are creeping in, but I think a shiny new set of measuring cups may help :)

This is my programme for the month:
I will get my exercise daily (low intensity but weight bearing - i.e. walking).
I will eat 5 - 7 fruits and veg daily.
I will experiment with food to ensure I enjoy it.
I will get adaquate rest.
I will take my medications.
After the 4th of Jan. I will log my nutrition daily.

Decrease body fat down to 10-12% right now I'm at 20%. Working on it. Hopefully this year I will conquer it.

So what are the goals for January?
I haven't figured mine out yet. I'm still hoping that what the scale is telling me is WATER weight and it will all go away the moment I return to my regular eating habit. Here's hoping! emoticon
