I know I can keep this goal because I have been doing it for a month. My goal is to go walking everyday and do the stairs at least twice and walk back home. Also to eat healthier and less at night.

Write down your goals and post them where you can see them each day (and also here if you'd like). Try to work toward them each day. See how well you do at the end of the week...you just might be surprised at how much you get accomplished!

Remember, baby steps count too! :o)
